  • Todd Fraser

    Chief Medical Officer

    Dr Todd Fraser is an intensivist and retrieval physician with almost 3 decades of clinical experience.

    He is a passionate medical educator, from bedside teaching, to simulation, and everything in between.

    He is a former podcast editor for the Society of Critical Care Medicine, is a supervisor of training for Intensive Care Medicine, and has been an instructor for ALS, APLS and BASIC.

    He has a keen interest in the intersection between education / training and patient safety.

    He is a co-founder of Osler.

  • Nicola Saggers

    CPD Home Manager

    Nicola Saggers has 30 years of clinical experience with 20 of those in Critical Care, and as a manager of Intensive Care.  She has a Master of Healthcare Management in quality and safety and qualifications in Health Law.  She is also invested in digital health and how it will improve patient outcomes.

    Nicola is our compliance and governance manager to AHPRA and will support doctor's with their CPD through guidance of activities and correct submission of CPD hours.  She is passionate about supporting doctor's to understand that good CPD leads to safer and better outcomes for patients.

  • Kristine Gilbert

    Medical Education Officer

    Dr Kristine Gilbert is an experienced senior medical officer in Emergency Medicine with over 25 years of experience - from tiny rural ED to major trauma centre.

    As a passionate clinical educator, Kris has many years of APLS simulation teaching, bedside teaching and 8 years as a clinical educator with Monash University.  Having won the 2022 Dean's award for Clinical Innovation and nominated for the Vice Chancellor's award, Kris now strives to provide Osler members with interesting, up-to-date, relevant and curated Australian content.

  • Jeff Ayton

    Chief Executive Officer

    A co-founder of Osler, Jeff has 35 years of experience in multinational corporations, early-stage companies and start-ups, working in Australia, Asia and the United States. He has grown and managed $100m+ businesses for HP and S1 Corporation (creator of World’s First Internet Bank) in Asia and the United States and started cloud computing businesses way back when the cloud was still called software as a service.


    Transforming industries through technology is a passion Jeff is enjoying applying again with Osler.

  • Ian Johnston

    Chief Technology Officer

    Ian has over 30 years technology, product development and operations experience in both corporate and start-up environments. Ian’s broad experience includes building and operating mission critical software platforms, and the development of medical device hardware and software.

    Ian has previously founded and built a successful software/service company ranked in the top 100 BRW fastest growing small companies and with a global corporate customer base.

    Ian has a degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University and MBA from Melbourne university.
